Can I return the product that I received?

Eligible product may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later, less shipping and handling. In order to return Product purchased over the internet, or via the phone or facsimile, Buyer must contact Customer Service at support@usaglock.com, option 1 during business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm) and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA is required to return Product. Customers who exchange products that are found to be defective will receive a credit for original shipping charges.

You may exchange the product or receive a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in new sellable condition.

Please allow up to 10 days after return is received and inspected for the refund to be processed.

Electro Optics – New, unopened optics that still have the holographic seal can be returned for a refund/exchange with 14 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later, less shipping and handling.

Custom Works Concierge – Custom Works Concierge orders canceled before shipment will be refunded but will also be subject to a $200 restocking fee. Because each Custom Works Concierge pistol is specially customized, any order that has shipped cannot be returned or refunded.

Products that cannot be returned at any time include, but are not limited to: firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, airguns, CO2, clothing that has been washed or shows signs of wear, opened consumable items and cleaning kits, opened DVD, CD or other copyrighted software or material, items that have been damaged, used, are missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in new sellable condition. Seller reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

If you return a Product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Seller may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the Product.

 

Applicability
These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) are the only terms which govern the sale of products and/or services (“Product”) by GLOCK Inc. (“Seller”) to you (“Buyer”) as the purchaser of Product sold in the United States. These Terms apply to direct purchases made from Seller by phone, internet, facsimile. By placing your order for Product, you accept and are bound to the Terms. If you have placed an order but do not wish to be subject to these Terms, you must promptly cancel your order before it enters production and becomes noncancelable, or return your purchase in accordance with Seller’s Return Policy (below).

Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within Seller’s sole discretion and unless otherwise agreed to by Seller, payment must be received by Seller prior to Seller’s acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made exclusively by , wire transfer; Bitcoin, Zelle or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Seller. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on Buyer’s invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Seller may invoice parts of an order separately. Buyer’s order is subject to cancellation by Seller, in Seller ‘s sole discretion. Seller is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by Seller and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Shipping Terms
NOTE that Shipping to FFL takes 3 to 4 Business Days. Shipping, handling and tax are FREE and the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to products passes from Seller to Buyer upon loading of the Product onto the first carrier. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Seller is the Seller’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Buyer is Buyer’s responsibility. You must notify Seller within 30 days of purchase or shipment of Product if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only.

Price Protection Policy
(a)The following policy applies to items purchased directly from GLOCK, including at the sigsauer.com Webstore, items purchased in-person at the GLOCK Academy Pro Shop in Epping, NH or items purchased over the phone. Should GLOCK reduce the price on any product you purchase directly from SIG SAUER, within 14 days from the date you purchased your product, you can request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions offered by the Pro Shop on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

(b)This adjustment is valid one time per item. Items purchased using a promotional code or other discounts are not eligible for a price adjustment. “Final sale” and clearance items are not eligible for a price adjustment. Any refund will be made to the original form of payment.
Online Purchases and Purchases Made Over the Phone: Contact GLOCK Customer Service at support@usaglock.com option 1, Mon-Fri 8am-530pm EST. Please have your original order number ready.

(c)Pro Shop Purchases: Visit the Pro Shop within 14 days of the original purchase. You must have your original form of payment and receipt present at the time of the adjustment.

(d)GLOCK reserves the right to change prices for products displayed online through our webstore and at the Pro Shop at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Return Policy and Exchange Policy
(a) Eligible Product may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer, whichever is later, less shipping and handling. (b) Returns to the Pro Shop must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if cancelled; no returns are allowed on Special Order items once received by Buyer. No credits to Pro Shop or Academy accounts are provided for returned or exchanged Product. Store credits to the Pro Shop will not be issued.

(c) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Cash and check refunds that exceed $250 may be refunded with a Corporate Check. Please allow at least 10 business days after your return has been received and inspected for refund or shipment of exchange.

(d) Products that cannot be returned at any time include, but are not limited to: firearms, ammunition, airguns, clothing that has been washed or shows signs of wear, opened consumable items and cleaning kits, opened DVD, CD or other copyrighted software or material, items that have been damaged, used, are missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in new sellable condition. Seller reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

(e) If you return a Product that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Seller may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the Product.

(f) Exchanges and returns of merchandise that are found to be defective or not as advertised, the freight charges to and from the factory during the repair/exchange/refund process will be covered. Return freight costs for unwanted merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Changed or Discontinued Product
Seller may revise and discontinue Product at any time without notice to Buyer. In the event Seller has discontinued Product ordered by Buyer, Seller will notify Buyer and offer a comparable Product, if one is available.

Telephone Communications
Telephone communications with Seller may be monitored and/or recorded. Buyer expressly consents to being monitored or recorded. By providing us with a mobile phone number as your contact number, you expressly authorize us to contact you regarding your account for nontelemarketing communications, via text message or telephone, including the use of prerecorded or auto-dialed calls, using that number.

Limitation of Liability
SELLER DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, SELLER IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AMOUNT INVOICED FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ENFORCE ALL OF THESE LIMITATIONS, AND ONLY THE LIMITATIONS THAT ARE LAWFULLY APPLIED TO YOU IN YOUR JURISDICTION WILL APPLY.

Compliance with the Law
Buyer acknowledges that they are of legal age to purchase Product and know of no restrictions that would prevent Buyer from purchasing Product.

Not for Resale or Export
Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. Buyer agrees and represents they are buying for their own internal use only, and not for resale or export. Product, which may include technology and software, is subject to U.S. export laws as well as the laws of the country where it is delivered or used. Product may not be sold, leased or transferred to restricted countries, restricted end users or for restricted end uses.

Governing Law
Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. Buyer agrees and represents they are buying for their own internal use only, and not for resale or export. Product, which may include technology and software, is subject to U.S. export laws as well as the laws of the country where it is delivered or used. Product may not be sold, leased or transferred to restricted countries, restricted end users or for restricted end uses.

Submission to Jurisdiction
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of New Hampshire in each case, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding.
